2. Membership Options 

Search Local offers different types of accounts: 

- Business Membership: Businesses may register for a monthly membership that provides additional features and benefits to promote their services effectively. The membership period is month-to-month, and pricing is detailed in the pricing section on our website. 

- Extensions: Additional extensions are available for business accounts on a monthly payment basis. These extensions can be added or removed at any time during your membership. All membership and extension fees are collected monthly, starting one month from the membership start date, and are recurring. 

- Free Accounts for Customers and Influencers: Individuals can sign up for free accounts to explore local businesses, provide reviews, and connect with influencers. 

3. Membership Fees and Payment Terms 

- Monthly Membership Fees: Business accounts are subject to a monthly subscription fee, which will be billed at the start of the membership month. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, Authorize.net. 

 - Cancellation: Businesses may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred after cancellation. 

4. Account Responsibilities 

- All users, both business and free accounts, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities that occur under their account. 

- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Search Local immediately. 

5. User Conduct All users agree to: 

- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. 

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and using the services. 

- Refrain from engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services provided by Search Local. 

6. Content Responsibility 

- Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they post on our platform. 

- Users (including customers and influencers) who provide reviews, comments, or other content must ensure that their submissions do not violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

7. SMS Handling 

Search Local offers optional SMS notifications for account-related and user-enabled alerts. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through your account settings, you consent to receive SMS messages from Search Local related to your selected notification preferences. These messages may include alerts related to posts, jobs, coupons, classifieds, business profile activity, and other application notifications you have enabled. 

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. 

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by disabling SMS notifications within your account settings. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team at [email protected]. 

Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Moderation 

 All content, including text, images, and videos, submitted by users and businesses on Search Local is subject to moderation for accuracy and proper display before publication. Our moderation team reviews submissions to ensure they comply with our guidelines and uphold the quality of our platform. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet our standards or that violates these Terms. Users will be notified if their submission is not approved, and they may be given the opportunity to rectify any issues before resubmission. 

9. Business Validation 

Each business that registers on Search Local will undergo a validation process to verify its legitimacy before their profile and any user-created content are made visible to the public. This process may include the verification of business licenses, contact information, and operational status. Only after a successful validation will a business profile be activated, ensuring that users can trust the authenticity of the businesses featured on our platform. If a business fails to complete the validation process or cannot be verified, their profile will remain inactive until the necessary information is provided. 10. Report Abuse 

It is the responsibility of all users, both registered and guest, to report any signs of abuse or inappropriate behavior encountered on Search Local. 11. Termination

Search Local will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for any content posted by users on the platform.

Search Local reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of the services after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nevada, USA.
